ORDER PROCESSING TIME

If you place your order before 12:00 PM PST Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), we begin processing the same day. If you place it after 12:00 PM PST, we begin processing the next business day. We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days, after credit card is successfully processed.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.

Currently, we are not shipping any online orders to addresses outside of the United States.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII & PUERTO RICO

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take up to 10 days. Select Express shipping services for expedited delivery.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, KarmaCare Direct does not offer Returns, Refunds or Exchanges for sales of COVID-19 tests kits.  This includes shipping and handling fees. However, we will accept returns for exchanges on defective tests only. Please contact us for details.
